Our long binders are a bit longer than average to keep them tucked in when bending over. Our binders are wider at the bottom to prevent them from riding up and to keep them over the hips.
*before swimming in your binder put it on and get it fully wet in the shower. As wet as possible. Remove the binder while soaking wet. Make sure you can easily get it off. If you feel you can safely remove it in an emergency try a swim in shallow water first. Water you can stand in. Please be safe.
